- Observation(s): • Some cleaning of the milk shelves in the wall in cooler and the display coolers were observed to have debris that had dried up, milk that had dried up from possibly leaking cartons. This can create conditions that are not clean and unsanitary. Corrective Actions: • Ensure these shelves are all cleaned and than sanitized using the onsite Quats sanitizer.

- Observation(s): • QUAT sanitizer test strips expired in 2022. Corrective Action: • Replace the sanitizer test strips to ensure that the concentration of the sanitizer at the dispenser is adequate (i.e., QUAT @200 ppm).
- F2.1A Sanitizer test strips must be available for each chemical sanitizer used at the premises.

- Observation(s): • Bird droppings observed in the back warehouse. Bird droppings can transmit pathogens. Corrective Action: • Clean and sanitize the noted areas where bird droppings were observed. Follow the recommendations of the pest control company in managing pests. ** Recommend sealing the gaps/holes on either side of the loading dock gate in the warehouse as this is a point of entry for pests.
