      • The chlorine level in the pool is measured to be at 0.19 ppm and ORP is 660 Mv.The chlorine level must be maintained at 1 ppm.
    • 05. Is the chemical quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Non-Critical)?
      • The total Alkalinity is measured to be at 23 mg/L and pool looks a bit cloudy.The total Alkalinity must be maintained between 60-180 mg/L.

      • The water sample result is showing presence of HPC at >57000 CFU/mL. Spoke with operator and advised to raise the chlorine level to 10 ppm and maintain the pH at 7.2 and then cycle through for one turnover and then the water can be balanced again. Operator will submit a re-sample on Monday.
    • 04. Is the chemical quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Critical)?
      • The chlorine level in the pool is measured to be at 0.89ppm. The ORP is at 607mV+.The chlorine must be maintained at 1ppm. Operator advised that he will be closing the pool for the rest of the day to increase chlorine levels.

Spoke with operator who advised that pool has been close for a few days and would remain closed through the weekend due to poor weather conditions. Operator advised that on the day of sample chlorine levels had decreased to close to 0ppm after which the pool was closed. Advised operator to submit re-sample next week on Monday.
