      • The east floating weir panel was noted to be missing at the time of inspection. The other weir panel was noted to be laying flat. The disabled weir panel was restored to the correct position and the operator was informed.Please ensure that the noted areas are repaired and/or maintained in good working condition to ensure the safe and sanitary operation of the basin.
