    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • Bleach test strips were not available at the time of inspection.Please ensure that the appropriate testing equipment is available to monitor and confirm concentrations of disinfectant/sanitizer.
    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • The laundry sink was observed to be missing hand soap at the time of inspection. The Meadows 2 washroom hand sink dispenser was also noted to be out of paper towels. The washroom hand sink was restocked after a discussion with the operator. Please ensure that handwashing sinks are kept stocked to ensure and encourage proper and regular hand hygiene.
