- 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
- A staff member was observed to not wash their hands and change their gloves after changing a client's diaper. A client was also observed to not have their hands washed after diapering. The operator was informed of the observations. The operator mentioned that they would address/review the diapering and hand hygiene concerns with staff.Please ensure that hand hygiene and diapering procedures are reviewed and strictly followed to ensure the health and safety of clients and staff.

- The staff washroom was observed to be without soap at the time of inspection. A new bottle of soap was placed in the washroom after a discussion with the owner.Please ensure that handwashing stations are properly stocked to help encourage regular and proper hand hygiene.
