    • 10. Are proper testing, monitoring, and other records being properly maintained?
      • 1. Manual chemical readings were not recorded in a daily log on some days. - Daily manual chemical testing of both basins must be conducted and results recorded. 2. Several unacceptable chemical readings (outside of required range) were recorded in the daily log without any corrective action. Persons that test and record daily chemical parameters are not adequately trained on acceptable chemical ranges as per the Pool Standards. There is no trained pool operator onsite who would oversee volunteers and the maintenance person after conducting daily chemical testing. 3. There is not any written guidance for volunteers and maintenance person what acceptable chemical ranges are.- All persons conducting chemical testing must be retrained.

      • THE MAINTENANCE PERSON WHO IS TAKING CARE OF POOL/WHIRLPOOL ON DAILY BASIS IS NOT TRAINED IN POOL OPERATIONS. A TRAINED POOL OPERATOR IS ONSITE ONLY ONCE A WEEK. - A TRAINED OPERATOR IS NEEDED ONSITE DAILY.

      • WATER INCIDENT RESPONSE PROCEDURES ARE INCOMPLETE. - Update the procedures as per the Pool Standards.
