     • High-level disinfectant (Preempt CS20) is being reused without monitoring.Please obtain the appropriate test strips required for verifying the effectiveness of the high-level disinfectant. Ensure that each batch of poured solution is tested daily before use. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions regarding maximum reuse period for the solution. Document all test results in a log.
   • 30. Is the reprocessing area of a personal service facility that uses reusable equipment properly designed, managed and maintained to ensure the safety of clients?
     • The standalone reprocessing sink did not have an adequate work surface for reprocessing activities.Provide a dedicated, cleanable work surface next to the reprocessing sink to support proper cleaning, disinfection, and drying of tools.
