Please ensure that a 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer solution is accessible to food handlers during food processing.

- The church was accepting food from the Calgary Food Bank and stored at the church where the community members can come and pick up the food. However, the church currently does not hold a valid Food Handling Permit for this purpose. Thus, the inspector informed the church that a Food Handling Permit application form must be submitted to AHS immediately.
