      • Ceiling tiles are missing in both kinder washrooms and the electrical room. Replace the missing ceiling tiles and ensure it is smooth, durable, and impervious to moisture to facilitate ease of cleaning.

      • The Zurn floor cleanout cover located in the left kinder washroom was observed to be sticking out of the ground creating a tripping hazard. The area surrounding the cleanout cover was also not sealed and as such, not smooth and impervious to moisture to facilitate ease of cleaning. Ensure the cleanout cover is flush with the floor and seal the area around the floor cleanout cover.

      • Ceiling tiles are missing in the electrical room and in both kinder washrooms. Replace the missing ceiling tiles and ensure it is smooth, durable, and impervious to moisture to facilitate ease of cleaning.

      • Soap and paper towels were not available for most washrooms.

      • Several storage cubbies used for toy storage were observed to have sharp corners. Install corner guards on all sharp corners.

      • A small gap was observed at the bottom of the double doors located at the back of the facility and in the kinder room. Add additional weather stripping to ensure there are no gaps to prevent pest entry.
    • 29. Are washrooms / bathing facilities properly constructed, maintained and supplied (Non-Critical)?
      • Garbage bins were not observed in the washrooms.
