- 1. Some art supplies such as glue sticks, liquid glue, bingo dabbers and glitter glue is not labeled as non-toxic.These art supplies were removed from use.

- There was a buildup of residual on the diapering change table. This was cleaned and disinfected once noted by inspector.

- Paper Towel dispensers are not available at the diapering hand washing basins. Handwashing basins are being used for other uses. Ensure that handwashing basins are only used for the purposes of hand washing.

- * Cupboards observed to be unlocked in a couple rooms such as baby room and pre-kinder room. Chemicals observed in the cupboards (i.e. dish soap). This was corrected during inspection. Please maintained all cupboards that contain chemicals/hazards locked at all times.*Ensure sensory bottles are secured in a way to protect children from hazards.

- A chair was observed to be used as a step stool. Ensure an adequate stool is used that can be used to maintain child safety. This was corrected during inspection.*Fridge in the kinder/OSC room was observed to be around 8C. This was measured with a thermometer gun and crossed check with internal thermometer present in the fridge. Milk was removed from the fridge at the time of inspection.

The staff labelled the bottles during inspection.Please ensure all spray bottles are always labelled indicating its content. 2. The handwashing sink used after diapering was being used to wash bottles and other items.Please note that handwashing sinks used after diapering must be used for handwashing ONLY.
