- Returned to the store with the minor, the purchased tobacco/vapour product and the change from the transaction. Asked the minor to point out the person who sold tobacco/vapour product. Approached and identified myself to the clerk/owner/manager stating that I was conducting compliance checks and a sale of tobacco/vapour product to a minor had just occurred. Asked the minor to state his/her age.
