      • All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. MUST DETAIL CLEAN METAL PLATE ON INTERIOR OF ICE MACHINE. MUST REMOVE DUST FROM VENTILATION HOOD OVER COOKING EQUIPMENT AND DETAIL CLEAN INTERIOR OF FRYER.

SMALL AMOUNTS OF WATER LEAKING FROM OPEN SITE DRAIN WHEN WATER IS DRAINED FROM TWO COMPARTMENT SINK IN DISH WASHING AREA. MUST REPAIR SO THAT SINK DRAINS PROPERLY. MUST INCREASE HOT WATER PRESSURE AT WASHROOMS WHERE NEEDED.
