Remove the microdermabrasion tips from the service area. ***Previous violation***There was no designated reprocessing sink available for cleaning and disinfecting comedone extractors, which are considered semi-critical tools.Provide a dedicated reprocessing sink for the proper cleaning and disinfection of semi-critical tools such as comedone extractors. This sink must be separate from handwashing and general-purpose sinks to prevent cross-contamination and support effective infection prevention and control practices. Discontinue the use of comedone extractors until this requirement is met.

Ensure it has a DIN (drug identification number) and is used according to the manufacturer's instructions for effective disinfection.
