      • The overall cleanliness of the premises was unsatisfactory. Floors, shelves, hard-to-reach areas, and drawers contained a significant accumulation of dust and debris.- Thoroughly clean all of the above-mentioned areas and maintain them in a clean and sanitary condition.

      • 1. Dust and debris were accumulating in the exhaust fan located beneath the glass of the manicure table. - Clean the exhaust fan and the surrounding area thoroughly, or replace the tabletop if it can no longer be effectively cleaned.2. The surface of the chair armrests is cracked and damaged. - Repair or replace the armrest surfaces to ensure they are smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable

      • A few flies and one ant were observed within the facility.- Ensure the facility is maintained in a pest-free condition at all times. Keep the skylight window closed or install a properly fitted screen on the skylight to prevent the entry of insects and other pests.
