- 1. Some stagnant water with dirt accumulation was present in a north west corner of the spray park area (area not accessible to patrons)- Clean the area regularly to prevent pathogen growth. 2. Chemical storage on the pool deck was wide open. - Closed immediately. Ensure that the chemical storage is kept closed to prevent patrons' access. 3. Staff has not been recording daily visual monitoring of submerged suction outlets. - Train staff to record conditions of submerged suction outlets daily.
