- No test strips for Mr clean or Lysol products. Provide PREempt RTU for disinfecting the foot baths or get test strips. Previous Inspection:Soap and water were filled in the disinfectant bottle and this bottle was used to disinfect the foot baths. Use a low-level disinfectant with a DIN on the bottle such as Mr Clean or Lysol All Purpose Cleaner. Please note that Mr. Clean and Lysol All Purpose Cleaner have a 10-minutes contact time. Have to leave Mr Clean and Lysol on the foot bath for 10 minutes before rinsing. PREempt RTU has a contact time of 3-minutes

- Reusing disposable pedicure kits. Observed pumis sponges, mini nail file, slim buffer and toe separator drying with metal reusable tools. Discarded the single use items.

- RECURRING ISSUE:NO DISINFECTANT DETECTED IN THE PREempt CS 20 CONTAINER. STAFF STATED THAT THEY ARE SOAKING THE TOOLS IN WATER RIGHT NOW. PLEASE THE PREempt CS20 CONTAINER AND ENSURE THE MANIURE AND PEDICURE TOOLS ARE SOAKED IN PREempt CS20 FOR 2O MINUTES.FOLLOW THE PREempt CS20 MANUFACTURERS INSTRUCTIONS. Staff went to the re-processing sink right away and dump the PREempt CS20 in the beginning of the inspection. Previous Inspection:Information in the disinfection log was not accurate. It stated that disinfectant was tested today but there was no disinfectant in a soaking container yet. - Ensure that accurate information is recorded.

- 1) Observed a staff putting back Dremel nail drill bits on the holder without cleaning and disinfecting at the manicure station and used drill bits were attached to another Dremel nail drill at the pedicure cart. Clean and sanitize all manicure tools after each client before putting them back into the holder2) Acrylic nail tip cutters were not cleaned and disinfected after each client.3) Design tools were not cleaned and disinfected after each client. 2 to 3) Clean and disinfect all tools must after each client.

- 1. Missing dispenser for single use paper towel by the hand washing basin in the waxing room. 2. Missing single use towels by the hand washing basin in the staff washroom. Corrected during inspection. Basins are supplied with single use towels in cleanable basket. Please ensure to provide receptacle to dispose for laundering.
