- Electric kettle used by staff to boil water was seen on the counter close to the handwashing sink in the classroom. This area of the classroom is accessible to children.- Please move electric jug to a location away from children's access to prevent the risk of scalding - Eletric jug to be in a location of that is not accessible to the children.

- An area of the ceiling in the classroom was damaged and a hole with electrical outlet for connecting the TV was observed.- Please repair damaged ceiling tile. All ceiling surface in a childcare facility must be smooth, impervious to moisture and easy to clean.
