    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Turkey sandwiches, cut fruit, yogurt parfaits, and egg sandwiches were on display at room temperature. High risk foods must not be out at room temperature for more than 2 hours. The other plant cafeterias have display coolers. Inspector recommends obtaining a display cooler for this cafeteria too. Foods had not been out long and were moved to the fridge during the inspection.Additionally, creamers must be on an ice bath if stored at the coffee station as they state "keep refrigerated".
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • The high temperature dishwasher only measured 58-60℃ during inspection. Staff were advised to use the 2-compartment sink sanitizing with the QUATs dispenser. A maintenance request was to be submitted.
