    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • One fridge was at 6 C, freezer was -7 C. Ensure this fridge cooler unit is at 4 C or colder. Have a thermometer in this unit and send a photo to undersigned PHI once this fridge is at 4 C or colder. Have a thermometer in the fridge compartment for staff to verify the temperature and record it on log sheet. Deli vacuum packaged processed meat observed in this cooler unit and school secretary will discard them. Drinks and lower risk food stored in this unit as well.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Some of hand sinks without liquid soap. One two-compartment sinks have dish detergent. Ensure all hand sinks equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot and cold running water.
