    • 03. Is all food in this facility fit for human consumption and not unwholesome, spoiled, or adulterated?
      • Several cartons of milk for distribution that were stored in the cooler were past their best before dates (at most by 6 days). Please do not distribute perishable items that are past their best before dates.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Mouse droppings were noted in the dry storage room where hampers are assembled. Please clean and sanitize areas contaminated by droppings. Ensure all points of entry are eliminated and maintain frequent pest control measures.
    • 25. Is food being protected from contamination during transportation?
      • Perishable foods were not transported in a temperature controlled manner especially during hot summer months. Recommend transporting perishable foods in insulated containers, camping coolers, or thermal bags.
