      • A CPR resuscitation barrier device with a one-way valve was not able to be located at the time of the inspection.- Ensure that the first aid kits are stocked as per Occupational Health and Safety Code.
    • 24. Are sleeping supplies and areas sufficient to ensure client safety and comfort (Non-Critical)?
      • Some bedding in the preschooler area were being stored in a bag with other children's bedding and were not adequately separated.- Bedding was transferred to individually labeled bags.

      • The standing shelving unit in the green room was easy to tip over.- Shelving unit to be anchored to the wall.

      • 1) The electrical outlets in the foyer room were not covered.- Electrical outlet covers to be installed.2) The upper half of the glass for the green room was covered in shatterproof film.- Ensure that all glass on the door is covered in safety film.3) No barriers were in place for the chapel window in the foyer room to mitigate child access or to mitigate the glass from shattering.- Physical barrier or film to be in place.
