      • Corrective Action(s): The operator replaced the QUATS sanitizer solution with a fresh one which registered 200ppm on the test strip. The operator to ensure that the sanitizer is a proper concentration to ensure adequate sanitizing procedures of food contact surfaces. Change the solution every two hours or when necessary and use test strips to check concentration
