- Food handling permit was not properly displayed as it was placed behind the counter. Operator replaced its position when prompted. Ensure the permit is properly displayed in a place visible to the public in line with regulatory requirements.

- Minor mouse droppings were observed around the perimeter of the kitchen. Areas by the cabinet and by the back exterior door. Remove droppings properly and monitor for new activity. Please look into the perimeter of the rooms and repair any structural issues such as holes, cracks, gaps of walls and ceiling. It may be worth investigating the mechanical room to see if there is any activity and connections to the facility.Hired pest control company comes on a monthly basis.Exterior doors did not have any open gaps.

- - A valid food handling permit was present in the facility. However, it was not displayed to the public.Action taken: The Manager pasted the food permit at the location which was visible to the public.

- - The baking pans in the facility were in disrepair.- The surfaces of the baking pans were deteriorating, and the plastic material was ripping which makes it difficult to clean.-All the equipment and utensils used in the food establishment must be smooth, easy to clean.Action taken:- The staff member onsite discarded those baking pans. - The staff was advised to look for the equipment in the facility which were in disrepair or had rough surfaces. Either repair or discard those.
