    • For invasive procedures, appropriate records are maintained
      • Fail to record lot numbers and expiry dates (if applicable) of pre-packaged sterile equipment used in procedure(s). Operator/PSW must record lot numbers and expiry dates (if applicable) of pre-packaged sterile equipment used in procedure(s).
    • All reusable items and/or equipment cleaned and then disinfected or sterilized as applicable
      • Fail to clean reusable items and/or equipment as often as necessary to prevent disease transmission. Operator/PSW must clean reusable items and/or equipment as often as necessary to prevent disease transmission.
