      • In the reprocessing room, the contaminated equipment was not separated or identified from clean equipment.- Contaminated equipment must remain separate from cleaned equipment .

      • In the waxing area Scissors and tweezers were claimed to be cleaned, closer inspection, residue and hair was observed on the tweezer and scissors. Ensure to inspect all clean and sanitize equipment and cleaned properly.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • Reusable tools are cleaned and soaked in high level disinfectant (Preempt CS20) for 5 minutes according to Tony (Staff). This implies that tools are not adequately disinfected during the process.- Ensure tools are fully submerged in the disinfectant product for adequate disinfection.
