- A roll of paper towels was observed stored in a basket near the handwashing basin. Please ensure paper towels are stored in an appropriate dispenser to maintain sanitary conditions.
- 17. Is reusable equipment cleaned properly (Critical)?
- 1. There were several cuticle clipper, blade holder and nail clipper that are rusted. Please discard them and do not use rusted tools on clients.2. There is hair debris still stuck on the scissors used in the waxing room. Clean and disinfect the container for storing the scissors. Re-clean and disinfect these scissors.
- 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
- Test results of the CS20 has not been recorded. Please record result daily when CS20 is reused.
