      • 1) A yellow sofa was observed in infant/toddler room where exterior surface was peeling.Indicated sofa was removed from infant/toddler room.2) Small fridge in toddler area had fridge, multiple temperature reading was taken at 8 to 10 degrees C.Operator removed and discarded whole milk.** Children use whole milk will be stored in alternate fridge in staff area.

      • 1. Office room: There is an active leak in the ceiling and water staining. It was reported that water was dripping from the ceiling during the recent rainfall. Please repair the leak and confirm there is no mold growth.

      • 1. The chemical cabinet was unlocked at the time of inspection. The lock appears to be sticking and difficult to close.The operator was able to lock the cabinet. Consider repairing or replacing the lock to ensure it is easy for staff to use.

      • 1. Office room: There is an active leak in the ceiling and water staining. It was reported that water was dripping from the ceiling during the recent rainfall. Please repair the leak and confirm there is no mold growth.2. Preschool 1 room: There are gaps on the back portion of the toy shelf. This can be a potential pinching hazard.Please secure the back portion of the cabinet and ensure there are no gaps.

      • 1. OSC room: The edges for one of the carpets is curling up and can be a potential tripping hazard.Please repair or replace the carpet. Ensure it lays flat.2. Preschool 3: A section of the self-adhesive film has been ripped off for one of the play tables.Please repair the table and add new adhesive.3. Freezer located in the kitchen: There is food spills inside the freezer.Please clean and wipe the inside of the freezer.

      • 1. Preschool 1: The blankets draped over the cots are touching one another. Please ensure bedding including blankets are stored properly and protected from contamination.

      • 1. The storage room and mechanical room are cluttered with items. There were also small items (ex. marbles) scattered inside the mechanical room.Please organize and clean inside the mechanical and storage room. Small toys can be a slipping hazard for staff working inside the mechanical room.

      • 1. Junior room: The temperature log for the fridge has not been completed.Please ensure staff are checking and completing the temperature logs on a daily basis.
