      • 1. Weirs were getting stuck in skimmers and were not freely floating, therefore not providing adequate skimming.- Adequate skimming through the skimmers is required. 2. Flow meter for Sch 40 was installed on Sch 80 pipe. Therefore, the operational flow could not be verified.- Verify if the manufacturer's installation requirements were followed.- Flow must be password protected.

      • 1. Some tiles on the pool deck were cracked and grout was missing creating sharp edges. -Repair2. Watter was pooling on the north side of the whirlpool. - Repair the pool deck3. Some cement/ grout around floor drains was still soft.- Pool deck must be impervious to moisture and easy to clean.

      • According to the daily pool records, chlorine has been added manually instead of being added by the automated system. The automated system is not providing adequate chemical levels. Automated monitoring system is not consistent with manual chemical readings. Manual chlorine levels were reading 0 ppm and pH 7.26. Automated system readings were reading chlorine 0.87 ppm and pH 8.64.- Calibrate/ repair the system so the automated system is providing adequate chemical levels and is consistent with manual readings.
