      • During inspection at 3:48pm on Jan 17, Sticker provided on cheese curds stored on the counter without temperature control, under TPHC indicated: " Enjoy By 06:47AM19/01/24Wrong sticker was provided on these cheese curds.Requirement:- Cheese curds are allowed to store at room temperature for four hours under TPHC.- As internal temperature of cheese curds was between 4C-6C. Correct time tracking sticker was provided during inspection.

      • Temperature of one milk cooler was 52 F(11.2C) and internal temperature of milk was 11.4C and milk cream was at 11.6C.Requirement:- Do not store any milk or cream in this cooler until temperature is maintained at 4C or less.- Milk and cream were discarded during inspection.
