- The current permit condition limits food sale to pre-packaged low-risk foods only. The store is currently offering prepackaged protein bites kept in a freezer. The product packaging includes labelling that states "keep refrigerated". The freezer temperature met health requirements.Limit sale of foods to shelf-stable items only, provide documents to district PHI to confirm that the foods in the freezer are non-perishable, or contact district PHI to update permit conditions.
