      • Facility uses bleach as a sanitizer. No chlorine test strips were available to measure sanitizer levels. ACTION REQUIRED: Obtain chlorine test strips for measuring sanitizer solution.

      • The two-compartment sink that is used for handwashing (no designated handwash station) was not equipped with soap or paper towel.ACTION REQUIRED: ensure there is soap & paper towel at the two-compartment sink at all times.

      • The facility did not have any set cleaning/descaling protocols for the coffee equipment. The facility did not have products for cleaning or descaling a coffee machine.ACTION REQUIRED: refer to manufacturer's instructions for cleaning/maintaining the coffee equipment. Clean and maintain the equipment daily.

      • The cashier area was cluttered with excess stock and personal items. Namely: -Bulk candy bins were stored on the ground in front of the 2-compartment sink cabinetry impeding ability to clean and monitor in the cabinetry-A mini freezer and fridge were stored behind the counter to store personal items; however, the facility appeared to lack space for commercial storage itemsACTION REQUIRED: conduct a deep clean and re-organization of the above noted area. Remove any items that are not required for the operation of the facility. Limit the storage of personal items to ensure there is sufficient storage space for commercial stock.
