- Obtain test strips for chlorine/bleach to measure safe and effective sanitizer concentrations.
- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- Ensure the gap at the front door is sealed to prevent pest entry
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- Baseboards in the back-room area, must be sealed and finish to ensure no water intrusion in the gaps. Facility must also obtain and install a mop sink.
