      • The handwash station by the three compartment sink was obstructed with utensils. This was corrected at the time of inspection.Please ensure that the hand wash station is not obstructed to promote hand hygiene.

      • The prep cooler, behind the cashier counter, was at 12°C. The internal temperatures of the food items were adequate. The food items were moved to the walk in cooler. The operator reported that they will not use the cooler until it 4°C.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • The hoof vents were due for servicing in February 2023. Please ensure that the hood vents are serviced to prevent the risk of a fire.
