- Observation(s): Debris and oil spills were was observed on the floor. Debris on floor can create unsanitary conditions that can attract pests and vermin leading to possible food contamination. Corrective Action Floors must be swept and mopped daily and as and when observed to be dirty. Splashes and oil spills should be cleaned up immediately.
