- Scoops were observed in containers of flour, rice, and oatmeal. The operator removed them and placed them in a designated area to prevent cross-contamination from the handles to the food.

- The bathroom door, which opens into the kitchen, was observed open during the inspection. It should remain closed at all times. This was corrected during the inspection.
