      • Dirty eggs were found in the kitchen and owner stated they were from a local Hutterite colony. Eggs must be from an approved, graded source. Eggs were removed during the inspection.
    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • The chlorine sanitizer spray measure >200 ppm and was diluted during the inspection.
