    • 25. Are the equipment manufacturer's instructions for use of specific equipment available and followed?
      • Manufacturer instructions for the hydro-facial machine in use was not available onsite at the time of inspection. Provide a copy of manufacturer instructions specific to the equipment in use and ensure that these instructions are available for review onsite.
    • 31. Are sinks accessible and used appropriately for the personal services provided?
      • Sink used for reprocessing of semi-critical tools was also being used as a handwashing sink. A dedicated handwashing sink cannot be used for handwashing unless a written procedure is provided to describe the cleaning and disinfection of the sink in between purposes.Handwashing supplies were removed during inspection, as sink will be used solely as dedicated reprocessing sink. Suitable hand sanitizer available in services room to facilitate hand hygiene.
