      • The fire door and window directly above the fire door in the infant room do not have suitable window covers. The makeshift window cover for these areas are insufficient to reduce lighting to a level conducive for napping. Provide additional window covers to allow for a lower level of lighting in the toddler room as needed for napping.

      • The handwashing sink in the infant room did not have sufficient hot water.The handwashing sink in the bathroom adjoining the preschool and toddler rooms, closest to the preschool, did not have sufficient hot water.Adjust hot water lines to ensure that all handwashing sinks are suitable for use.

Ensure all chemical bottles are labeled to indicate contents and ensure proper use.
