- Observation(s): Raw shrimp was stored above cooked pakora in the line cooler. Raw animal proteins must be stored below ready to eat products to prevent possible cross contamination.

- F2.1 Does the facility have proper monitoring supplies?
- Observation(s): Sanitizer test strips were not able to be located by staff at the facility. Please provide verification that the sanitizer test strips were on site and a photo of the bulk jug of sanitizer that is used to fill the spray bottles within the kitchen. Reminder, if using spray bottles for sanitizer solution, paper towel should be used in conjunction with the bottle rather than a cleaning cloth that is reused.
