- A bunch of cilantro was stored on top of egg box without protection.The cilantro was wilted and old and was discarded.Please ensure all food products are regularly monitored and discarded once unfit for human consumption. Please also ensure all foods are protected from contamination by keeping them in their original packaging or in sealed containers, when stored.

- The ice scoop was stored directly in the ice tray inside the freezer.The scoop was removed and placed in a clean container next to the ice tray.Please ensure that no scoops are stored directly in bulk food products or ice to prevent the possibility of cross-contamination.
