- Sanitizer spray bottles in the kitchen and bar areas were observed to be unlabeled. The operator corrected the issue by labelling all bottles as required.

- The cooling unit at the bar area, used to store cut lemon, milk, and other pre-packaged beverages, was measured at 10°C. Cut lemon and milk were discarded at the time of inspection. The operator was advised to arrange for repair of the cooling unit to ensure proper temperature control.
