      • Germinix RTU disinfectant used on children's table. **Do not use this disinfectant on food contact surfaces as it requires a potable water rinse. ***PROVIDED INFORMATION DURING INSPECTION. OPERATOR WILL BE USING BLEACH WATER AT 100 PPM FOR CHILDREN'S TABLES INSTEAD.

      • Expired alcohol wipes in first aid kit. **Discard.***CORRECTED DURING THE INSPECTION. NEW FIRST AID KIT HAD SATISFACTORY ALCOHOL WIPES.
