      • -The floor in the hallway leading to washrooms requires a drain cover. Additionally, all surfaces in the kitchen must be smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable.*Please ensure that the drain covers are installed before the daycare opens and the kitchen is used, in a timely manner.

      • - Construction workers were observed onsite, removing the covers from the glass inside the classrooms.*Please ensure that all work is completed, and that all equipment, including ladders and any sharp objects, have been removed from the area.

      • - The washrooms are equipped with locks on the inside and will require a key/screwdriver to open from outside.* Any tools required for the children’s washroom must be easily accessible and within reach of staff for emergency use. This issue was corrected, and the correction picture was received on the day of the inspection.*The operator has installed a bag with a small screwdriver on the wall at a height not accessible to children, ensuring that staff can use it if needed to open the door in case of an emergency.

      • - There are no curtains/ blinds installed on the glass, resulting in sunlight entering the rooms, which may impact the children's napping time.*Install the blinds/curtains.
