- *Frozen food items (chicken and pulled pork) were getting thawed in the room temperature. Corrected during the inspection by the operator. All of those food items were put back in the walk-in cooler.

- * Water accumulation in the back kitchen floor by the hand sink. There was a minor leak under the bottom under the sink. * Hot water volume was very low at the hand sink.*Light bulb/ light in the walk-in freezer was not operational.*Wall beside the office just by the cooking area had gap and surface was lifting. Food debris started to build up in the gaps.*Outlet cover was missing by the wall beside the office. Wire was hanging out. * Counter surface by the coffee machine by the space leading to kitchen was damaged. Please ensure repairs are completed.
