    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • A number of rodent traps were noted throughout the premises. The problem is most were not set and as such did not provide adequate monitoring and control.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • The outside of the fridge and freezer in back was dirty, as well as the floor around them.Area under the 3 sinks was dirty.Syrup spill in the back underneath the boxes. The area around the candy floss machine had various amounts of crushed popcorn, and other substances.

    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Several leaks were observed under pop machine(s), the back sink, etc.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • The following areas require cleaning.-Back room there was a pop syrup spill under the boxes also under the sink area there was a buildup.-Front counter area there was areas under the pop machines, cotton candy area, beside/behind the slush puppy machine that required cleaning.-in the back storeroom shelving had varying amount of build up from the bottom up.Walls, especially around doorways and other high touch spots had some build up from hands touching.
