      • Gel was noted on one nail clipper stored in drawer after reprocessing.Corrective action:Clean the tools thoroughly to remove any gel or contaminants before disinfection

      • a) The operator mentioned that tools were washed and followed by soaking in the disinfectant solution without drying. b) Tools were not rinsed after soaking in disinfectant before drying.Corrective action:a) Ensure that tools are dried after washing, and before soaking in the disinfectant solution (CS 20)b) Ensure that tools are rinsed after soaking in CS 20 before drying.
