- 1) Onions, sweet pepper were grated, and meat was cooked for commercial use in the garage without washing hands, as no hand washing sink in the garage.2) Numerous black flies were noted in the garage where food was cooked, handled and stored.4) No surface sanitizer was available5) Dirty dishes scattered here and there on garage floor6) Canned food, Sauce bottles, onion, carrot, flour bags and spices were stored directly on floor7) Garage door was wide open for the entry of pests/vermin8) Two large size chest freezers were available in the garage
