      • - Test strips for the high level disinfectants was not available.- Records of high-level disinfection is not maintained.- Semi-critical items are being sprayed for less than 20mins using preempt cs20 solution.Ensure;1. test strips are obtained and records are maintained. 2. A copy of the disinfection records would be sent via email.3. semi-critical items are fully immersed in disinfectant for the required time on the manufacturer's instruction.Feb 8, 2024- Test strip were found on site. -No disinfection records are being maintained- The other nail tech was observed using unapproved sterilizer for semi-critical tools.Ensure high level disinfectant is obtained and used to disinfect semi-critical tools. Clean tools, then immerse in high level disinfectant for the required contact time.
