- No - there were three hand-wash sinks/stations in which there was a lack of supplies of liquid soap or paper towels (including: two hand-wash sinks on the main floor of the food processing area and at one hand-wash sink in the men's staff washroom).Staff are reminded to ensure the designated hand-wash sinks are accessible and functional, with available supplies of liquid soap and paper towels (or single-use hand towels), at all times.

- No - there was an obvious issue and disrepair regarding a section of 'disconnected and open s-trap piping' situated at the two above-ground grease interceptors (near the sump pump) in the dishwashing area. The operator is to investigate and ensure the required connected piping is adequately repaired and/or re-installed, as per Building and Plumbing Codes and Standards.

- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- No - at the main food production areas, there were two hand-washing stations not supplied with paper towels (i.e. both paper towel dispensers were empty). Operator is to ensure staff are aware to re-supply all hand-wash stations with liquid soap and paper towels at all times as necessary - as glove use alone is not a replacement for hand-washing. Violation is to be corrected forthwith.

- No - at one main food production area, there were sections of flooring in disrepair (with evidence of pitting of the epoxy coating on concrete floors, which can be a potential trip/slip hazard to workers, as well as create more difficulty in maintaining general cleanliness). The operator is to repair these 'pitted' concrete floor sections and ensure flooring is maintained smooth, washable, and in good repair.

- *Retail area was being renovated at the time of inspection. No available hand washing sink or dishwashing sinks for food preparation were noted in the retail area. Ensure food preparation/portioning is not done until an available hand washing sink is available. Sept 19, 2023: No food activity/preparation was taking place at the retail area. Renovations were still taking place. Food handling will not take place until renovation is complete and required sinks installed.
