The FHP must be posted at all times, visible to the public. Operator advised to post FHP on the side wall at the interior entrance doorway.

- No - operator is to ensure hand-wash sinks are always accessible and used for hand-washing only (as at time of inspection, the main kitchen hand-wash sink was being used for other purposes, namely washing/rinsing of food equipment items, food strainers, etc.).

- No - there was light visible through the bottom of the rear door at the storage bay, and along the sides of the adjacent bay door. The operator is to replace/repair weather stripping, and add similar weather stripping or adequate seal at the sides of the large bay door. Note: (March 21, 2024) the rear door still requires proper weather stripping, as outdoor light can be seen underneath this door.

This is an ongoing violation and must be corrected.
